On July 16, swissnex China had the pleasure of welcoming 27 Bachelor's students from Basel Confucius Institute Summer School. The students were on a cultural trip led by Ms. Dai Lan, who is the dean of Basel Confucius institute on the Chinese side.

Dr. Felix Moesner, CEO of swissnex China, gave a presentation to introduce swissnex China’s mission and activities.

This was followed by a presentation by Mr. Quentin Gigon, Junior Project Leader Innovation and Entrepreneurship. He presented to the students the innovation landscape in China as well as recent reports and statistical figures to illustrate that China was among the top 20 most-innovative economies in the annual Global Innovation Index ranking.

The topic was fascinating to the visiting students and many questions were asked after the presentation. Their trip in China continues after the visit to swissnex China. We wish them a pleasant time!
